EVENT: Saddle Up for Harry 2018

The Helping Harry Trust is urging horse lovers of all abilities to jump in the saddle in a bid to raise precious funds for Harry Charlesworth.

Riders of all ages are being invited to take part in the event, which will be held on Saturday 14 July at Park Farm Equestrian & Chasers.

On the day, participants will be given the option of two routes – either 3 miles or 8.5 miles – with lots of optional jumps, making it perfect for people of all abilities.

The sponsored ride is to raise much-needed funds for The Helping Harry Trust. Harry has significant health problems having suffered extensive strokes at birth. He has cerebral palsy and other complex needs. Please visit the trust’s Facebook page to learn more about Harry’s story.

The venue is situated near the boundaries of Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire within easy reach from the M1 (junctions 18 and 20), the M6 and A14, near the towns of Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Rugby.

There is limited availability so we are only taking bookings in advance and not on the day. Spaces are already getting booked up. Please secure your place by contacting Julie Doyle on julie.doyle@hotmail.co.uk

As well as entry prices going to the trust, we would love it if riders would seek charitable donations if they so wish. There is a prize for the most raised. You can find Harry’s GoFundMe page here: https://www.gofundme.com/2ptcczw

And make sure you tell us you’re coming on our Saddle Up Facebook events page.

With thanks to Equesure (equine insurance specialists) who have sponsored the event we are now able to make sure that every penny from ticket sales goes to Harry!! https://www.equesure.co.uk/

Entry prices:
£25 adults and £10 children
